QJ submersible pump for wells is a water-lifting device for submerged work with motor and pump in direct connection. Structure description:

1. QJ submersible pump unit is composed of four parts: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch. Submersible pumps are single suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pumps: submersible motors are closed water-filled wet and vertical three-phase squirrel cage motors, motors and pumps are directly through claw or medium-key barrel couplings; equipped with three-core cables of different specifications: starting devices are air switches of different capacity levels and self-coupling decompression starters, water pipes. For steel pipes of different diameters, flange connection and gate valve control are adopted for high head electric pump.

2. There is a rubber bearing in the diversion shell of each stage of submersible pump; the impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve; the diversion shell is connected by threads or bolts.

3. Check valves are installed on the upper part of high-lift submersible pumps to avoid damage caused by water hammer during shutdown.

4. Submersible motor shaft is equipped with labyrinth sand control device and two reverse-assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent quicksand from entering the motor.

5. Submersible motors use water-lubricated bearings, with rubber pressure regulating film and pressure regulating spring at the bottom to form a surge chamber to regulate pressure changes caused by temperature; motor windings adopt polyethylene insulation, nylon sheath water-resistant electromagnetic wire, cable connection according to QJ cable joint technology, the insulation of the joint is removed and the paint layer is scraped off, respectively. Connect well, solder firmly, wrap the layer with raw rubber. Then wrap 2-3 layers with waterproof adhesive tape, wrap 23 layers of waterproof adhesive tape on the outside or wrap a layer of rubber tape with water adhesive to prevent water seepage.

6. The motor is sealed, using precise sealing screw, and the cable outlet is sealed by adding rubber.

7. There is a water injection hole at the upper end of the motor, a vent hole and a vent hole at the Bu part.

8. The lower part of the motor is equipped with upper divination-thrust bearing. The groove on the thrust bearing is dry-cooled. The stainless steel thrust disc is grinded by the thrust bearing, and the axial force of the Chengai water pump is applied to the factory.
