Product Profile

IGF lined fluorine pipeline pump is manufactured exclusively by our factory. The sealing adopts negative pressure device, which can replace various fluoroplastic magnetic pumps. It is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and leak-proof. Installation is convenient, widely applicable to the needs of various industries, filling the gaps in China. Material: fluoroplastics, ultrahigh molecular polyethylene, polypropylene, chlorinated polyether, etc.

IGF series pipeline pump is a new type of vertical single-stage centrifugal pump developed for pressurizing and feeding liquid to solve the problem of low pipeline pressure. It has great advantages over the fluoroplastic magnetic pump currently used. Because of the advanced mechanical seals and the direct installation of impellers on the motor spindle, it has the characteristics of less leakage, high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, convenient decoration, and can be used in parallel and series according to the needs of head and flow.

Industrial and Mineral Requirements

1. The water pressure of the inlet pipe shall not be less than 3 kg/cm 2 and not less than 0.1 kg/cm 2.

2. Medium temperature: cold water not less than 0 C.

3. The ambient temperature does not exceed + 45 C.

4. Power supply voltage 380V

Product use

As a replacement product of conventional centrifugal pumps, the pump has replaced many old pumps. It has been widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water wastewater treatment and acidification process in ionic membrane caustic soda project, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid-alkali process in automobile manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and petroleum. Electricity, electroplating, fuel, pesticides, paper making, food, textile and many other industries.
